Agus Rajani Panjaitan is a highly experienced audit and risk professional with a strong background in accounting, financial control, and corporate governance. He serves as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, contributing deep expertise in financial oversight, risk assessment, and audit effectiveness.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. His career includes senior leadership roles within Bahana Group, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Risk Management Director. He has also held numerous independent commissioner and audit committee chair positions across publicly listed companies, including Indofood CBP, Salim Ivomas Pratama, Harum Energy, and Alam Sutera Realty.
Currently, he continues to serve as an Audit Committee member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at several listed entities. His long-standing experience strengthens the Committee’s ability to ensure sound financial governance, effective risk oversight, strong internal control systems, and compliance with best audit and regulatory practices.
