Dr. Ahmad Fuad Rahmany is a senior economist with extensive expertise in fiscal policy, financial markets, and regulatory oversight, bringing strong depth to the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee. He has served as Independent Commissioner and Chairman of the Audit Committee since August 2020, where he plays a central role in overseeing financial reporting integrity, risk management frameworks, internal control systems, and compliance with regulatory standards.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, a Master of Arts in Economics from Duke University, and a Doctorate from Vanderbilt University. His distinguished public-sector career includes serving as Director General of Taxation at the Ministry of Finance, Chairman of Bapepam-LK, and Ex-Officio Commissioner at the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
With extensive experience supervising capital markets, financial institutions, and state-owned enterprises, his leadership reinforces the Company’s commitment to robust audit practices, transparency, disciplined risk governance and strong regulatory compliance, while fostering accountability and long-term sustainable value creation.
