Frances Kang serves as the Chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee since mid March 2026. With more than a decade of experience spanning venture capital, fintech, global investments, and corporate strategy, she provides strong leadership in overseeing the Company’s nomination and remuneration policies. Her role focuses on ensuring that board composition, executive remuneration, and succession planning are conducted with independence, fairness, transparency, and full regulatory compliance.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from National Taiwan University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA. Her distinguished career includes senior investment and leadership positions such as Co-Founder of WeLab, Project Director at Horizons Ventures, and Board Member of several major international institutions, including Airwallex, Kopi Kenangan, Ajaib, and N26. Her extensive global expertise reinforces the Committee’s effectiveness and the Company’s commitment to accountable remuneration practices.
