Metz Pascarella Manurung joined the Company on 12 September 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Capital. As a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, he plays an important role in aligning talent strategy, leadership development, and remuneration frameworks with the Company’s long-term governance and transformation objectives.
He brings extensive experience in human capital management, supported by a strong background in engineering and project management, enabling a structured and performance-driven approach to workforce planning and remuneration governance. Prior to joining the Company’s Group, he held key roles including Senior Manager Human Resources at PT Donggi Senoro LNG, Assistant to the President Director at PT Holcim Indonesia (RMX and Aggregates Department), Assistant Project Manager at PT Daya Dimensi Indonesia, and Manufacturing Engineer at Navistar – Workhorse Custom Chassis Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Operations Research from the University of Dayton, USA.
