Lily Surya is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in strategy, leadership advisory, and organizational development across regional and global environments. As a member of the Remuneration Committee, she contributes deep expertise in leadership assessment, succession planning, and executive remuneration from both corporate and advisory perspectives.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Engineering from Claremont McKenna College, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She currently serves as Managing Director at Sinarmas Digital Ventures, a role she has held since 2023. Previously, she built a strong foundation in strategy and leadership roles at Providian Financial, McKinsey & Company Southeast Asia, and Philips International B.V. From 2016 to 2022, she was Managing Partner and Industrial Practice Group Head Asia at Egon Zehnder, advising boards and senior executives on leadership, governance, and remuneration matters.
